Russian eBayers

About two weeks ago I was looking for cheap M42 mount lenses to cannibalize for parts and I found a Russian company flogging lenses. The price was a little high $5.00 but I thought I'd see how long it would take to get a lens from there to Canada (if at all).
I expected about 2 or 3 months but it arrived today packaged in a bubblewrap envelope with a nice card that I presume saya thank you on it.
I was really surprised and pleased with the service. The lens is exactly as I expected it would be. There are finger prints on the glass and the aperture scale is a few degrees out of sync (it reads f4 when its at f3.5) but aperture and focus move freely although it feels like it skipped the greasing stage of assembly.
Have to see how she performs before I rip her apart for her mount
