I think there's no way to provide a hard-and-fast rule about pricing.
The best method for determining pricing is to research carefully your
competitors. Doing so *is* fairly easy. Then, you can undercut them by
just a bit, at least when starting out.

One way to gain flexibility in pricing is to go up slightly (and keep
that price, no trickery) then offer a 10% to 20% discount on certain
items or packages. Then once the discounts are used up, your price will
go up to the original without a seeming 'rise' in price.
