Again, iView MediaPro (I use v. 3.1.1 for Mac OS X) can export EXIF and additional data (e.g., Annotations) to Plain Text, Tab-Delimited, XML, and other formats. It's an amazing program and is lightning fast (at least compared to Extensis Portfolio).
