I have always regarded criticism, provided it is
not biased, as one of the best ways to learn.
I have always believed that we all make mistakes,
and that we learn from our mistakes. So he who has not made errors has not
learned.
Within this context, criticism must be constructive
if it is to help, though personal views may be highly biased.
