Not if you're looking to publish a *photo* book; the standards of
production required are *much* higher and I haven't seen examples that
I'd be willing to recommend. 

I've seen some perfectly professional-looking *text* books from a
place that I just checked and their web site doesn't exist any more. 

There's also a LARGE NUMBER of scammers out there trying to represent
themselves as "real publishers" that aren't.
