Can you recommend any in particular? Not if you're looking to publish a *photo* book; the standards of production required are *much* higher and I haven't seen examples that I'd be willing to recommend. I've seen some perfectly professional-looking *text* books from a place that I just checked and their web site doesn't exist any more.
