If it didn't start out as a photography then it shouldn't be in a photo  
gallery. However there is no indication that it wasn't based on a photo which  
brings up the real question. When photographs has morphed beyond a certain point  
that they can't be identified as photographs, are they still photographs or a 
 new type of creation?
