I remember seeing some photomosaics in an old bookstore, and being so COMPLETELY wowed away... my head started spinning with ideas, I was so inspired... it was art, i tell you... until i found out it was a machine.. :'( Somehow the idea of using a computer to automatically stitch 10,000s of unrelated images from a database to make a picture is not so appealing... If I can't make it by hand, dammit! at least I must be able to do using only shots from a project (say 1000-1500 pictures)... any suggestions anyone??
