From: <shy_mel_photo@xxxxxxxx> > Trevor, > Mine came in plain text. No html here. Looks fine to me. > Shyrell it may well look like plain text, ie Arial 10 point, but the size of the message is a dead giveaway .. it's html Shyrell, with my evil microsoft product, outlook express I have created two sample messages below which I sent to myself to demonstrate the difference between real plain text and html encoded 'plain text'. What you or I see in the body of the message in both instances is a single word - "test" in Arial 10 point font. It looks just the same in both instances, but the stuff below shows what ACTUALLY is sent when the message goes out, the first is where the mail program is set to sent in plain text while the second message shows what is sent when formatting is applied (and thus coded for html). Plain text version........................... Looking at your particular mail program, Juno, this is what you would need to do to convert your normal messages that you send in html to plain text: To paste HTML as plain text: Write your message in whatever program you want and select and copy the information. After you cut or copy the HTML, go to the Edit menu and select Paste Special. In the Paste Special box, click Plain text. Click OK. karl
