hey, I'm not there anymore and they have a clause in their contract that states any work undertaken while employed at the college either for the college or not becomes the property of the college (!)
You should have crossed out the one about non-work-time stuff. They have no right to take your copyright on what you do on your own time. Baby pictures? the Summer family reunion? Where you went on vacation? They have a lot of gall to claim that stuff. Just cross out stuff like that.
they've absconded with everything else, including pics I did of Anita that I incorporated into a pictorial demonstration of how lens focal lengths affect compression/expansion. cheeky really, especially since it weas done while I wasn't working there but hey, I took it in as a learning aid.. .
