Asunto: RE: Fulbright Program -
ANNOUNCEMENT
As for the teaching end
of it, I worked with a Fulbright teacher from the former Soviet Union while in
the States...she loved it. However, as an American, I obtained employment
overseas through private organizations, and do not have to pay US Federal Income
Tax as a result. Much better deal in my opinion, Fulbright's just a
teaser.

I don't want to dissuade anyone from applying for what is probably a wonderful
program but Vlad tells me their standards are impossibly high. Apparently he
applied (and was turned down) 5 times.
