Norm,
I enjoyed your site. I love the ethereal feel to the photos, especially the portraits.

As a Northern California resident myself, Sacramento to be precise, I particularly enjoy
photos of areas that I have photographed myself or have been to. I've tried several times to shoot the church in Marysville on my way through but never got anything half as nice as your shot.
The Tower Bridge is a favorite subject, I shoot it constantly, looking for a new angle or better light.

I hope to see updates on the 8x10 pages soon.

Scot

My profound apologies to all readers of the note to Lea which was replete with misspellings.  Here is how the note should have read:

Lea,

Thank you so much.  I hope you will eventually find the time to look at it. There is alot more to see (don't forget to click on the thumbnails).  The large format stuff starts on page 3.  I'm very new to this whole business of web design. (Actually I'm an idiot in that department).   If you can think of any ways I might improve the site, please let me know.  Be candid .. I won't be offended.  Please also refer your artistic-minded friends to the site for a quick look, if you don't mind.  Thank you again for taking the time time to look at my new site.

Norm

Here is a new and interesting web site of simple design featuring

small

and large format portraits, landscapes and architectural studies in
black and white. Both panchromatic and infrared images are included.
Click on any of the thumbnails to see enlarged versions of the
photographs along with comments and technical notes regarding each
image. Comments of any kind about the photographs or the site itself
would be appreciated. The URL is: http://normanrileyphotography.com/

Thank you.
