Is anyone on this list printing color digital shots as black and white USING A LAB, not their own inkjet printer? If so, are you converting in Photoshop and getting good results or just letting the lab do the conversion for you? I'm having a hard time getting good blacks no matter how I do it...in Photoshop (using either LAB conversion or Channel Mixer) or having the lab do the conversion for me. Any suggestions, tips, ideas would be most appreciated.
