Yes.

Conflict is probably the wrong word as in my experience and the experience
of my fellows, challenge would be the better word. Challenge may be driven
by conflict, but the drive to know, to communicate, to succeed is more
evident than conflict in my daily life outside the ether. A degree of and
periods of harmony is necessary in my life for regeneration. Nevertheless,
only challenge produces the growth.
