Excuse me.....it is not a slur to say one is grateful NOT to be in the
country of the person he is addressing or the country of the List Host where
he choses to shoot off his mouth?

......and I believe you missed the point, Bob.  The slur had nothing to do
with the $$$ or the exchange rate.
