For some reason this subject does not appear to be covered in the latest
welcome message. But in past versions there was a direct reference to your
question. It went like this:
ITEMS FOR SALE AND ADVERTISING
Brief messages regarding personal photographic items/services wanted
or for sale are allowed. However, the owner retains the right to stop
this practice if in his perception the list's membership abuses or
objects to this privilege. Commercial advertising is not considered
acceptable but brief pointers to further info about interesting items
can be posted IN MODERATION. Please use the list's Bulletin Board to
post larger lists of items for sale or product or service information
