And that's why spelling out the licensing fees for a variety of usages helps the client figure out what he actually needs the image for. Quite often the client just wants to not have to ask over and over, and pay repeatedly. That's when you work out a deal with reasonable usages and check in from time to time with the client after the time limit has passed, or when it approaches the endpoint.
