I would also guess it was shot on colour film :-) I concur with Steve - look at the angle of view in this image and the apparent size of the foot compared to the head, this is not a shot taken with a wide angle, not even a cropped image of a wide angle shot. It's pretty close to a 'normal' focal length. karl
