What happens to Senior portraits, school pictures (that would be one 
major studio franchise's whole business), baby portraits for the 
grandparents? Rep. Foley doesn't have grandchildren, apparently. 
Fashion photographers would have to get proof of age before a shoot, 
whether in the studio or on the runway.

Rep. Foley has not thought things out; he's just being a jerk having 
a knee-jerk reaction. Or, so it would seem.
