Andy, It's not you whose spreading the virus, it's some-one else who has you in their address book (deleted the e-mail now so I can't haul up the addy it came from). At a guess, the virus is Klez, which fakes the From field you see when you receive the mail. The full headers still show who actually sent it. Am
