Only kernel.shmmax have
importance in this case?
about kernel.shmmax it has configured not by me.

Does your shmmax have one digit too many? 68GB?

Should be OK, depending on your work-load.

One question - what do you plan on doing with 300 active connections?
Unless you've got more than 100 processors in this machine you might
want to consider connection-pooling.
