No it is not since the PostgreQL Lists can be filtered perfectly with:

----[ /usr/share/tdtools-procmail/ML_pgsql ]----------------------------
<snip>
  :0
  * ^X-Mailing-List:.*pgsql-\/[-a-zA-Z0-9].*
  {
    TMPVAR=${MATCH}
    :0
    .ML_pgsql.${TMPVAR}/
  }
  #---------------------------------------------------------------------
  :0
  * ^List-Post:.*mailto:[-.@a-zA-Z0-9]+>
  * ^List-Post:.*mailto:\/[-.@a-zA-Z0-9]+
  {
    TMPVAR=`echo "${MATCH}" |tr '.' '_' |sed 'y|ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ|abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz|'`
    :0
    .ML_pgsql.${TMPVAR}/
  }
<snip>
------------------------------------------------------------------------
