I think I had an hardware issue in the past where my box rebooted few times I assume this is due to that thing.

I tried to re index them but is not working. Any ideas ?

2) get table name (connect to affected database)

select * from pg_class where oid=58374

The query should be

select * from pg_class where relfienode = 58374
