The oledb driver PostgreSQL doesn't support Delphi (and a lot of other things). My gut feeling is it probably never will...most people who use the ms stack use the odbc or the .net drivers. My personal favorite connection library to Delphi is Zeos...it's a little cranky to set up but extremely fast and powerful.
