That would be correct. PlanetPostgresql, Postgresqldocs, Postgresqlconference, ITPUG, PostgreSQLFR, PostgreSQL.eu are PostgreSQL community projects but they are not PostgreSQL.Org projects. Which in my mind is cool (I know not everyone agrees) because it is a testament to the strength of our community as a whole.
