Limit number connections by IP

Hi

I know that i can limited the total number of connections in
postgresql.conf with max_connections, but... can i limite  the max
number of connections from an specific IP?

For example y like have total max connections of 40 buy the same ip
can't have more than 5 connections open.

It is possible?
