Ok thanks i've fixed.
The problem is with 8.2.3 installer, i tried 8.1.8 and I had no problem.

I haven't watched yet as I'm on my pda, but would it seem a little ironic if I pointed out that the Windows distribution of PostgreSQL is built on a Macbook Pro these days?
