Does that mean it's working or not configured right?


It means auto vacuum/analyze did not trigger on any of the
tables. You may want to try:

SELECT name, setting from pg_settings where name like  '%autovacuum%';

to get the settings of autovacuum and check if autovacuum is turned on or not.
