You can use the ANY() operator for this:

# select 1 = ANY( ARRAY[2,3,4] );
 ?column? 
----------
 f
(1 row)

# select 2 = ANY( ARRAY[2,3,4] );
 ?column? 
----------
 t
(1 row)
