unix/linux administration tools

Hi all,
I'm just curios to know what is, in your opinion, the best tools for managing 
and interacting with a postgresql server under Linux or Unix. I've seen a lot 
of discussion about a toad like tool (for making queries) but the tools 
seemed to be only Windows based. Disregarding the great pgadmin3 and 
phpPgAdmin, any other *nix tool?
