Oh yes, thanks. A little example:

test=# create function foo(OUT b text, OUT i int) as $$begin b := 'foo'; i:=1; end; $$ language plpgsql;
CREATE FUNCTION
test=*# select * from foo();
  b  | i
-----+---
 foo | 1
(1 row)
