Try this:

copy the file "FinalData.txt" to the 'bin' folder of pgsql where postgres binaries are located and then try doing the COPY using

copy tabledaily from 'FinalData.txt ' with csv;

and see if it solves the problem or not?

Might this be an SELinux problem?
