A survey would be interesting. But I'm sure it would still point out that Windows is king as far as percentage goes. Linux and Mac would possibly be neck and neck, but I'm not sure about that. I'm just guessing. I know lots of Ruby on Rails developers use Macs, but I don't know how many of those use PostgreSQL. Lots of them seem to like MySQL.

We use Mac OS X exclusively for development and deployment.

We use a variety of GUI and non-gui (psql) tools. PgAdmin and Navicat mostly.
