I want that end users see error messages descibed in Appendix A. PostgreSQL Error Codes in Estonian. I can provide translations to those error codes. How to make Postgres server to return my translated error messages ? Or is it more reasonable to implement this in my application by displaying text corresponding to sql error code ?
