Everytime I send an email to the pgsql-general list I get a failure message back saying this guy: ryo4893@xxxxxxxxxxxx is over his local limit. Is it possible to remove him from the mailing list? Is it something I can do? I kinda doubt it, so that's why I'm asking here.
