It's basically just like the free version. It's just an older flavor. It would likely be 5.0.12 or whatever the first "release" flavor of 5.0 was, and with only security patches applied since then. While that may make the problems with newer versions go away, it certainly won't fix lingering issues that the newer versions have taken care of. I much prefer the PostgreSQL way of doing it. Get the latest patch level / sub-version, it's pretty much the best.
