Yes. I believe you just need the right dictionaries. The site lists them.

probably more languages will be comming.
the question is - is it possible to setup tsearch2 indices to they
will allow me to search efficiently over this database.
i dont need stemmers (which might be a big point in this case), but
having them would be nice.
