The emails have to go to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, not the list name...

Try this page, and set it to unsubscribe.

OR

send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Notice who you need to send it to, it's not the list name.
