Note that it is equally hard for anybody reading your two emails to provide any hints about what could be going on, because you are providing zero details about what's happening in the server, and nobody would be able to help you with only a screenshot of running processes. There should be at least some logs from which you could begin some sort of investigation, for example, to know what is happening to your system and figure out if there is even something wrong going on.
