dnf -qy module sisable postgresql -> "dnf -qy module disable postgresql". Proper syntax was used. :)

Yes I did. Sorry did not mention that. I ran the

dnf -qy module sisable postgresql

prior to running.

dnf install postgresql15-server

(so that did not help)

I don't use RH, still the instructions here:

https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.postgresql.org_download_linux_redhat_&d=DwIFaQ&c=gRgGjJ3BkIsb5y6s49QqsA&r=7PHi3TDlwkvpc07MjENbOxVFl0u_sEurf250JnUFWCU&m=mN1kv7hRIfX0oHlFSSc1RH4ouENojXHa2_3698E0kc58mIkDJKb2bf8RjnP6ZWob&s=I2ltoVawe3G4fDFhBnctZ1KL0SOhQ6aSbVqMSepdekg&e=

Mention doing:

# Disable the built-in PostgreSQL module:
sudo dnf -qy module disable postgresql

Did you do the above?

Then:

# Install PostgreSQL:
sudo dnf install -y postgresql15-server
