Checked three. I'll look again.

Some of the mirrors seem to take longer than others. The source folder at ftp://ftp8.uk.postgresql.org/sites/ftp.postgresql.org/source/ has 7.4.7 in it and 7.3.9 and 7.2.7


Binaries may of course take a while, depending on how eager their packagers are to update.
