Hello, You missed the docs. The "IN SCHEMA" version always goes
with ALL FUNCTIONS in the beginning. What would be the point
specifying pg_catalog.pg_reload_conf() IN SCHEMA pg_catalog, i.e.
giving the SCHEMA twice ?
