Hello Dave,

You have to install all devel packages you need for all options you want to
use.
In this case openssl-devel or ...-dev.

TIP 2: you can get off all lists at once with the unregister command
    (send "unregister YourEmailAddressHere" to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
