and the ERROR I am getting is:

ERROR: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: batchprint.Batch SQL state: XX000

My postgres version is 11.14.

Could anyone suggest any kind of solution for it, as I couldn't find anything informative from a database perspective.

And your CLASSPATH is what exactly?  

\! echo $CLASSPATH might show it
