Not a YUM user, but what if you change enabled to 1?
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-PGDG
...
But when I try to find the version to install I do not see it, e.g. `yum
list postgresql* | grep 12` doesn't show anything with version 12.
Any ideas?
