Is that accurate? Which patch in 9.6.9 are you referring to? The patch I linked to above hasn't yet been merged, much less been released. Unfortunately, on second thought, I don't quite see how it applies to the cases here (rather than other reports about pg_authid and such). So there might be a separate issue. Is there any chance I could get access to a copy of the data? It's very hard to debug something like this without something that can reproduce the issue... Greetings, Andres Freund
