tputs is in ncurses?

I did not see a:

-- Looking for curses

And it didnt try to link with it:

/usr/bin/cc CMakeFiles/cmTryCompileExec301475258.dir/HAVE_LONG_LONG_INT_64.c.o -o cmTryCompileExec301475258 -rdynamic -lreadline
