Rereading the last part, sounds like the victim is always right and is actually not needed since the next paragraph addresses it. If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable and you feel they are purposely antagonistic please notify the project maintainer group at ... with the specific occurrence and evidence that made you feel this way.
