Hi, I installed postgresql-x64-9.4 (installed from
postgresql-9.4.5-2-windows-x64.exe) on a Windows Seven 64bits PC, and
I'm getting the error "Could not connect to server: No buffer space
available (0x00002747/10055)" when I only have 4 or 5 connections.
Can anoyone help me fix this?.
