he said some time ago, he's running MS Windows, with EnterpriseDB's installation package of PostgreSQL. 'SQL Shell' is a Start Menu item/shortcut that references a batch script, D:\PostgreSQL\9.3\scripts\runpsql.bat which in turn looks like...
