command was copied from pgadmin, I've changed only parameters.
I'm doing dump from my computer where I have pg_dump 9.4.1 installed from db
which is 8.4.

So how did you get the wrong file name then, the pgAdmin backup dialog has a file selector?

Or did you cut and paste into the file field?
